These are the terms for working with Keystone Commerce LLC ("we", "us"). By using this website or our service, you're agreeing to them. We've kept them short on purpose.

What we do

We run customer reactivation campaigns for trades businesses. You share your past customer list, and we send personalized text messages and emails on your behalf to help rebook jobs. That's the whole service.

Billing and cancellation

• You pay a flat monthly fee. No commissions, no per-job fees.
• There's no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
• The monthly fee covers the work of running your campaigns. It's due whether or not a given month's campaign books jobs.

Your responsibilities

• The customer list you share must be yours, meaning people who have actually done business with you.
• You confirm you have the right to contact the people on your list, and that the information you give us is accurate.
• You're responsible for answering the calls and messages that come back, and for the work you book.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise to do the work: write your campaigns, send them on schedule, honor every opt-out immediately, and report the results honestly. We don't guarantee a specific number of replies or booked jobs. Response rates depend on your list, and anyone who guarantees results in marketing is selling you something. Typical reactivation response is 5–15% of a list.

Opt-outs

Anyone who receives a message through us can opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.

Liability

Our responsibility to you is capped at what you've paid us in the past three months. We're a small business doing honest work, not an insurance policy for your revenue.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
