Yes. These are people who already have a business relationship with you, not a purchased list. Every message gives them a way to opt out, and anyone who replies STOP never hears from us again. Campaigns follow TCPA and CAN-SPAM rules.
That happens sometimes. Reactivation works for about 5–15% of a list, depending on how recent the customers are, and we'll tell you up front what your list can realistically do. No response means no job booked, but you still pay the monthly fee because we did the work. So far, every client has seen replies within the first week of their first campaign. And your first campaign is covered by the guarantee: if it doesn't book a single job, that month is free.
Most trades owners have customers in their phone, old invoices, or a simple spreadsheet. We'll walk you through pulling it together. It usually takes 15–20 minutes.
